PROFOUND: Just Do It

I was reminded today of something that irks me about some people. They tend to talk about solutions to problems or what the best method for a solution is, but don't do anything about it.

And they continue to talk about it. At great length. And sometimes, it seems like they are either trying to project an image that is wise, or, in fact, believe themselves to be wise simply by discussing a solution.

My take on this is this: until it gets applied to reality, it doesn't exist. It's only an abstract concept.

As such, a solution that is not applies is completely useless.

So if you have a solution to a problem, or think you know the best way to do something, don't just sit there and talk about it. Make it happen.

I am probably guilty of this on some levels myself, but to my knowledge, I don't discuss these things at length without application and still feel good about myself.

Just shut up and do it, or else simply shut up. You're wasting our time otherwise.
